The important subscription terms, before checkout.
HSKBase has free learning routes and one Pro entitlement offered through monthly or annual recurring plans. Monthly costs US$1.00 and annual costs US$2.00. Waffo shows the final order total and taxes before payment.
Cancellation stops the next renewal. Pro normally remains active until the current paid-through date.
Ask within seven calendar days of your first HSKBase subscription purchase for a full refund. Approved refunds end Pro access.
Independent HSK learning and practice
These terms apply when you use HSKBase. By using the service or purchasing a subscription, you agree to them. HSKBase provides independent Chinese-learning and HSK-aligned practice. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or an official service of the HSK testing organization. Practice scores, AI feedback, explanations, test dates, and preparation guidance are educational tools; they are not official results, registration decisions, or a promise that you will pass an exam.
You must have legal capacity to agree to these terms. If local law requires a parent or guardian to consent for you, that person must review and accept them.
Free use, Google sign-in, and Pro
Free routes remain available without signing in where the page says so. Google sign-in creates the identity used for account and subscription access. You are responsible for activity through your signed-in browser and for keeping your Google account secure.
Monthly and annual plans grant the same HSKBase Pro entitlement for their respective paid periods. Features, fair-use limits, and free allowances are shown on the Pricing page and in the product at the time of use. Local learning progress is not currently cloud-synced. Deleting browser data, signing out, or deleting local progress does not cancel a subscription.
Recurring monthly and annual subscriptions
When production checkout is available, Waffo Pancake provides the hosted billing flow. HSKBase Pro costs US$1.00 per month or US$2.00 per year. Waffo shows the final order total, taxes required for the buyer’s location, payment method, seller information, and next charge before payment. A subscription renews automatically for the selected monthly or annual cycle until cancelled before renewal. Pro access is normally granted after HSKBase receives valid payment confirmation.
You can cancel through the subscription-management path linked from your HSKBase account or billing receipt. Cancellation stops future renewal and normally leaves Pro active through the current paid period. If a management link is unavailable, email support@hskbase.com from the address used to subscribe. Payment-provider and bank processing times may apply.
A clear first-purchase refund rule
You may request a full refund within seven calendar days of your first HSKBase subscription purchase. Once approved, the related Pro access ends. Renewal charges are generally non-refundable after they are processed.
We will also review duplicate charges, unauthorized charges, material technical failures that prevent paid access, and any refund required by applicable law or the payment provider. These rights apply in addition to any mandatory consumer rights where you live. Send the order email or transaction reference to support@hskbase.com; never email a full card number.
Use HSKBase for personal learning
Do not interfere with the service, bypass access or usage controls, probe for vulnerabilities without permission, automate abusive traffic, share paid access outside your household, resell access, or copy and redistribute substantial HSKBase content. You may use your own exports for personal study. HSKBase may limit or suspend access needed to protect learners, providers, and the service, and will use proportionate measures where practical.
Educational guidance has practical limits
HSKBase may fix, change, add, or retire features as the product develops. We aim to keep paid access available but cannot promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the extent permitted by law, HSKBase is provided without guarantees of exam outcomes, and liability is limited to the amount you paid for the affected subscription period. Nothing here excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
These terms may change when the service, law, or providers change. Material subscription changes will apply prospectively and will be presented before they affect a new purchase or renewal where required. Questions may be sent to support@hskbase.com. See the Privacy Policy for data use.
